An opportunity working for one of the UK’s leading Charities has opened up, nearby the town of Wells in Somerset, and we at Big Bear Recruitment are urgently looking for a Registered Nurse to work Nights at their Care Centre.

 

A recently renovated and incredibly modern Service, it is situated in quite an affluent yet secluded area with convenient transport links from Bath, Bristol and also Bridgewater.  It is an 84-bedded Service catering for those above the ages of 50, from individuals requiring end of life care, to families looking for expert care for their loved ones within their designated Dementia Unit.

 

We are ideally looking for Applicants with previous experience working with the elderly but with an onus on providing the best possible Care and Investment, you will be provided and automatically signed up to an Internal Mentorship and Coaching Programme to further your credentials and to fulfil your potential.

You will be required to go above and beyond and be the best you can be, but more importantly be willing to really make a difference in someone’s life!

As a Registered Nurse, you will need to have a current RGN/RMN/RNLD NMC registration, the most up to date clinical practices and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
